1. Acceptance of Terms

This Master Service Agreement ("Agreement" or "Terms") governs your access to and use of the website zonalape.com (the "Site") and all professional services provided by ZonalApe ("ZonalApe," "Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing the Site, requesting a brand audit, or engaging our professional services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

2. Creative & Marketing Services

ZonalApe provides a comprehensive suite of creative marketing services, including brand films, social media management, CGI & VFX production, AI video productions, performance advertising, search engine optimization, and brand strategy.

3. Payment Terms and Financial Provisions

All retainer services are billed on a monthly cycle. Payments are due on the designated cycle start date. One-off builds and video productions typically require a 50% deposit before execution, with balances due upon final asset delivery. Late payments are subject to a 1.5% monthly fee.

4. Intellectual Property

ZonalApe retains ownership of all pre-existing tools, core production assets, and proprietary frameworks. Upon full payment of service fees, clients receive full ownership and global licensing rights for final custom creative deliverables.
